HOW TO ORDER
Step 1 : Please make a folder with a secured password on your server.
Step 2 : Write instruction on the paper. We require all instruction on paper for further reference. Instruction by telephone is unacceptable.
Step 3 : Scan original data and instruction, then upload to the folder.
Download our Order Form, fill in and upload with your data.
Step 4 : Send an email to order@vinhnam-dtp.com to inform us username and password to access your folder.

Please make sure you understand our policy before sending Orders to us.

After receiving your Orders, we will:
- Designing Services take minimum 72 hours to deliver
- Processing services take 48 hours to deliver.
- Rush services:
  + Clients can require urgent services with extra fee 50%.
+ Clients with a reference account number can require one of two urgent processing services without extra fee.
    a. 1 hour delivery: if the order is less than 10 working hours and less than 100 hours of rush service a month.
b. 24 hour delivery: if the order is less than 100 working hours and less than 500 working hours of rush service a month.
